Individual Approach

At Apex Fitness, we believe in a personalized approach to fitness, not a one size fits all. We are "semi-private" meaning our classes have between 2 and 6 people per hour. Our coaches work with you one-on-one to create a tailored plan that aligns with your goals, ensuring that every workout is effective and suited to your needs. We start with movement screening so we know how to individualize everything to you. We test, we don't guess. Your fitness journey is unique, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Nutrition Coaching

At Apex Fitness, we offer 1 on 1 nutrition coaching. The goal is to teach you how to accomplish your goals while using the food you already like. That way you can keep your results. No crash diets. We know we are after sustainable results and that doesn't happen without nutrition.

During my lifetime of fitness, there has been one thing that has been most consistent, and that is that ALL of my efforts to improve my overall. fitness level have been inconsistent. Being in my early 50's, it was becoming more and more obvious that the weight was harder and harder to keep off. I needed to do something different. After a quick search online I found Apex Fitness in Prosper, and I liked the idea of having a smaller more focused group to workout with. I have always loathed large gym memberships, and so this was a good start. I stopped by and had a good conversastion with Brad. I really liked the idea of focusing on resistance/strength training and keeping track of calories while performing cardio on your own time. I was able to convince my wife to join with me so we could help keep each other accountable. Being in our early 50's we both had concerns with various pains and injuries we had. The approach that Apex uses is to zero in on the smallest movements during strength training and focusing on movements that need the most improvement. This has really helped our specific injuries by increasing muscle in the supporting areas. We are now into almost 4 months of training, and I am absolutely blown away with the results. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to my strength training sessions, and it has become a healthy addiction. I have lost 15lbs and gained substancial muscle. More importantly, my cholesterol has dropped almost 40 points, and all of my reent blood work showed that everything is now back within normal rangegs (for the first time in as long as I can remember).

At the beggning of this year, I made a resolution to take back control of my unhealthy habits and a 60-pound weight gain. With a busy life and two kids I knew I needed the right support to make lasting changes - so I joined Apex Fitness program in January. The first two months were tough as my body adjusted, but I stayed committed. Slowly, Ibegan to feel stronger, more energized, and increasingly motivated.
